• How It Works – Our roof restoration treatments consist of coating your shingles with millions of micro-beads of an all-natural bio-oil. This oil then penetrates into the asphalt, restoring the shingles’ flexibility, which in turn makes them better able to withstand the wind and rain. Our treatments ensure that your shingles last longer and also allow them to do a better job of protecting your home.
• How It Helps – By restoring the flexibility of your old shingles, one of our roof restoration treatments can extend the overall life of your roof by up to five years. The treatment can also be repeated every five years to add up to 15 years total to your roof’s lifespan. Most shingle roofs are designed to last about 20 years, which means our restoration treatments can make your roof last roughly twice as long as it would otherwise.
